My name is Mary and I am the owner and baker of Early Bird Bakery here in Colorado Springs. I have a focus on brunch style goodies. I found my love of baking while my husband was stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba with the ARMY. While he was away I went to  Culinary School in Las Vegas. I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduate in Culinary Arts and ever since graduating in 2012, I have had a passion for sweet treats. I can not wait to share my sweet treats with you!
